Kelly privacy
The short version
We keep your bets and, if you sign in, your email address. We do not keep your photographs, we do not ask for your name, and we have no way to reach your sportsbook.
What we hold
Your bets. The selection, the price you took, the game, the line, the book, the stake if the slip showed it, and the closing price and result we work out afterwards.
Your email, only if you sign in. It is the login and nothing else. Without it your bets are attached to a random identifier stored in your browser, which tells us nothing about who you are.
Your own notes and verdicts on your bets, where you leave them.
What we do not keep
The image of the slip is sent to a vision model, read into text, and dropped. It is not stored and it is not used to train anything. We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth, or any payment detail.
Cookies
Two, both strictly functional. One holds the anonymous identifier that lets you see your own bets before you have an account. The other holds your signed-in session. Neither follows you anywhere else.
The wider site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without profiling individual visitors.
Who else sees it
The slip image passes through Anthropic to be read. Your data sits in Supabase, hosted in the EU. Sign-in codes are delivered by Resend. Market prices come from a third-party odds feed, which receives the fixture we are asking about and never anything about you. Nobody is sold anything, and there is no advertising network in here.
How long
Your bets stay until you ask for them to go. Sign-in codes expire in fifteen minutes and are deleted once used. An account with no activity for two years may be removed along with its bets.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be deleted, and we will do it. One email to support@notasportsguru.com from the address you signed in with is enough. If you never signed in, clearing your browser storage removes the only link between you and the bets, and you can ask us to delete the rows as well.
Children
This is a tool about gambling and it is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep data about children, and will delete it on notice.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. The terms sit alongside this page.
